And what’s more, with greater visibility of the content you have mapped to skills means you can make better content buying decisions by identifying content overlap and content gaps.

For Learning platform providers? Anders Pink partners can power up their Learning Platform by bringing our product suite directly into their learning platform via API or by making it part of their learning ecosystem, giving them enhanced search, tagging and recommendation capabilities.

We support end clients via deep integrations with our partners, and leading companies globally including Capgemini, Scania, Sodexo, Video Arts, CAT Marine, Lloyds Register and many more. Key to our growth is our partnerships with Digital Learning and LMS/LXP companies that integrate Anders Pink in their solutions and relationships with enterprise organizations. We have grown rapidly over the last couple of years and have major growth and expansion plans for our product suite and our business.

To drive this growth and our innovation, we’re looking for a solutions-focused business development manager to join our team. We are a lean, agile team, so you will have an opportunity to influence how we scale and grow in time. You’ll be someone who brings great ideas and energy. You’ll have a strong voice in our team and work closely with all of us, most specifically with our Managing Director, to ensure you are the first point of contact with new partners and clients, delivering a consistent message on the value we add with Anders Pink and our associated services, building a pipeline of opportunities inline with our strategic goals to hit our growth targets.

What you’ll do
Proactively seek out and contact potential enterprise clients and partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings and demos.
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Contribute to planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives for specific areas we are targeting for business development.
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Be an expert in the Anders Pink product suite (we’ll teach you how)
Demo the product, its features and integration use cases to prospective clients and partners
Explore and where possible demonstrate the art of the possible for using the product suite in platforms and tools we do not currently have formal integration built with
Communicate the Anders Pink value proposition to stakeholders at varying levels within client and partner organizations to drive sales and adoption of the product
Keep up to date with current digital learning trends
Actively feedback on use cases and enhancement suggestions to further innovate the product
Essential skills
Experience in enterprise software sales
A good understanding of learning technologies such as LMSs and LXPs
Excellent listening and empathy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Driven and self-motivated, with a commitment to achieving strategic goals and agreed targets
Highly responsive and customer-focused – customers come first.
Passion for technology and for being part of a rapidly-growing company
Desirable skills
Experience in an online customer-facing role
Experience with using online messaging and video conferencing tool for business, CRM, tool for supporting customers online.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
Experience in a vendor or client role working in learning and development or learning technologies
Also, you will be
Driven – you’re joining a scaling team, with a hands-on, go-getter, solve for the customer mentality and we’ll be looking to you to grow our online presence in new markets to generate leads and opportunities

Self-motivated and comfortable with remote working, checking in with Slack, Zoom and other communication tools

This role will carry a sales target and your reward will include commission for achievement of target.

We all work remotely, so it’s important that you are a self-starter, can progress with defined tasks on your own, with great support from us, and can communicate effectively across Slack, Zoom and other channels.

We will pay a competitive salary based on your industry expertise and experience. You’ll join a flexible and friendly working environment and you can be based anywhere in the UK so you’ll have freedom and flexibility.
